Privacy Collection Notice

The Australian Government is responsible for implementing a national campaign to end violence against women and children.

Stop it at the Start take a primary prevention approach and aims to help break the cycle of violence by encouraging adults to reflect on their attitudes and have conversations about respectful behaviours and relationships with young people aged 10–17.

This website provides resources to support you to better understand the current experiences of disrespect, reflect on your own actions as a role model, and have proactive, positive conversations about respect with others.

The campaign website includes a standard feedback form for you to contact the Department of Social Services (the Department) about issues with the site or questions about the campaign. Through this feedback form, some personal information may be collected in order to respond to the enquiries.
